• How to order

Ordering is simple and consists of 3 main steps:

1. Crate new layout or upload your own QSL design using QSL Maker online tool.
2. Follow the instructions to view the final proof.
3. Proceed to check out by following simple instructions.

iQSLUSA accepts VISA, Master Card, Pay Pal and Postal Money Order. Please click here to for Postal Money Order instructions. Your online payment is totally secure. All transactions are processed by two large banking institutions which provide us online merchant services. For your peace of mind, iQSLUSA never sees your nor has access to your personal credit card information.

• Card Stock

All cards are printed on 110lb pre-coated gloss card stock. Coating is designed to provide slick reflective finish and allow clear pen writing. Our cards are not UV coated.

• Can I order full color back side?

You may order blank as well as gray scale & full color backside. To see the difference in price, please check price list.

• How long does it take for my cars to get printed?

Printing process normally takes 2-3 business days to complete. UPS shipping takes additional 3-5 business days. We post all UPS tacking numbers in tracking section. Please contact us via e-mail if your tracking number is not displayed after 4 days following the order.

• What is the difference between regular design and custom design?

Our online QSL maker provides all the tools you need to design beautiful QSL cards. However, if you lack time or feel you need an extra touch of the dedicated professional graphic designer, our services are at your disposal. Additional flat fee of 25USD may apply, regardless of the project complexity. To request this service please contact us prior to ordering.

• May I upload my own QSL design?

You may upload your own custom designs via QSL maker dedicated section. An e-mail confirming that your image receipt will be sent to you by one of our designers within a couple of hours. You will also be notified if we spot any errors or if we feel that the image quality is insufficient.

• How long does the shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. We ship UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on where you live and our daily volume/preferences. Every shipment is insured and tracking number provided (to view your tracking number please go to tracking section)With additional time for printing ranging from 2-3 days, you can expect to have your cards in one business week.
